balivillacareWhat a Bali villa nets its owner Get a second opinion

Notes

The main pages are standing reference and change only when a rule or a rate card does. These are written to a date: the thing that is easier to show than to define, and the questions that come up once somebody has actually read a statement.

Holding an agreement and a deadline?

Send your postcode and the date you have been given. No more than three firms, nothing charged to you.

Get a second opinion on what your villa nets

Five quick questions. Your details are the last step, never the first.

Step 1 of 6
Where are you up to with the villa?

This decides whether the useful conversation is about an existing statement or about a building that does not have guests in it yet.

What do you actually want to know?

There is no wrong answer. It is the difference between wanting a statement read and wanting a company replaced, and those are different pieces of work.

How big is the villa?

Bedroom count is the single strongest driver of both the rate you can charge and the staffing the villa needs.

How is the villa held?

This is not a trick question and you can skip it. It decides which accommodation classification the villa can be licensed under, which is the first thing any competent company will ask you.

What do you have in front of you?

An owner holding twelve months of statements and an owner holding nothing are asking the same question with very different evidence, and the second conversation starts somewhere else.

Where should they reach you?

This is the only step that asks for personal details.

By clicking “Send my enquiry” I agree that balivillacare.com may pass the details above to up to three villa management companies that advertise for my area of Bali, so that they can contact me about managing or reviewing my villa by email, phone or message. Consent is not a condition of anything — every page, table and calculator on this site is free to use without it. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message you receive, or by writing to contact@balivillacare.com. We are not a villa management company, we do not manage or let property, and sending this does not appoint anyone to do anything.

  • Your details go to no more than three companies, and to nobody else
  • Free to you — companies pay us a fixed fee per enquiry, set in advance
  • We are paid the same whether you sign with anyone or not
